How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a 6-digit code to type back in.
How do I add my kids?
Adults create kids' accounts from Settings inside the app. Kids sign in with a username and password, no email needed.
Is cost a barrier?
Write to us and tell us your situation. No family should be left out, and we'll do our best to help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel it anytime from the subscription settings on your device, in the App Store or Google Play.
