Terms of Use

1. The Service

Frutitos is a family chores and character-growth app. A parent creates a family, adds children, and manages chores, points, rewards, and optional faith-based features.

2. Accounts and families

You must be at least 18 to create a family account. The account owner is responsible for their family, including any child accounts they create, and for all activity under the family.

Child accounts are set up and supervised by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for obtaining any consent required to provide a child's information to the Service.

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Children

The Service is intended to be used by families under the supervision of a parent or guardian. A parent may review or delete a child's information at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account). See the Privacy Notice for how children's data is handled.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Frutitos offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms; auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Where offered, website payments are processed by a payment provider (Stripe or OpenPay). Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.

Except where required by law or by the app store's policies, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity; no attempts to breach security; no infringement of others' rights; and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share.

6. Your content

You may submit content such as support messages, photos, gratitude notes, and prayer requests. You keep ownership of your content and grant me a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Frutitos name and the Nonito and Luz characters, is my property and is protected by law. I grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

I may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in the competent courts of Yucatán, Mexico, unless the law provides otherwise.
